1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PrintSetu ("we", "our", or "platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Fabrication & Custom Orders

• Model Validity: Users are responsible for ensuring their uploaded STL files are structurally printable. Our client-side parser checks volume and bounds but does not guarantee dynamic structural integrity (e.g. wall thickness, overhang angles).
• Pricing: Instant prices are calculated client-side based on volume, density, and calibration fees. We reserve the right to cancel orders with structural issues or incorrect calculations, in which case a full refund will be initiated.
• Filament Swatches: Swatch color previews (Saffron, White, Green, Black) are representative. Actual filament shade may vary slightly.

3. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely in Indian Rupees (INR) via Razorpay. Due to the custom fabrication nature of 3D printing, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once printing begins. Refunds are only offered in cases of shipping damage or fabrication manufacturing defects, subject to verification.

4. Acceptable Content Policy

You agree not to upload or request the printing of any models that violate local or international laws, including but not limited to functional weapon parts, copyright-infringing replicas, or offensive materials. We monitor and reserve the right to refuse service for any uploads violating this policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

PrintSetu is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or failure of custom 3D printed parts. It is the user's responsibility to verify suitability and strength requirements for their application.
