Welcome to PrintSetu. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data and the intellectual property of your 3D models (STL files). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and store your information when you use our custom 3D printing services.

2. Information We Collect

• Personal details: Name, email address, phone number, and shipping address when placing an order.
• Design Files: STL files and other 3D mesh files you upload to our fabrication dashboard.
• Transaction Info: Payment confirmations via our secure payment processor (Razorpay). We do not store credit card or bank login details on our servers.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to configure, calibrate, and manufacture your 3D prints, process payments, and ship the finished products to your address. STL files are uploaded directly to our secure Cloudflare R2 storage bucket.

4. Design File Intellectual Property

You retain 100% ownership and copyrights of all 3D files you upload. We will never sell, distribute, share, or showcase your uploaded STL files to any third party without your express written consent. Files are kept in our storage for active fabrication and are deleted or archived after order completion based on user preference.

5. Third-Party Integrations

We integrate with secure providers to deliver our services:

• Cloudflare R2: Used for host-safe, encrypted storage of your uploaded 3D meshes.
• Razorpay: Handles secure payment checkouts using standard Indian banking protocols.
